Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This was a bathroom renovation that turned out beyond our expectations. We had our old soaker tub and closed in small shower stall replaced and retiled the floor (with heat) and wall as well as a barn door put on our closet access. Communication between the manager and all of his crew was excellent at all times and the job was completed in a timely manner. It was a pleasure having them in the house, despite the noise and dust, which were both kept to a minimum.

Bathroom FAQ's

How long does it take to finish a bathroom renovation?

That depends on the size of the bathroom and if it is a full renovation back to the studs. If it is a standard 5’ X 8’ full renovation from studs and the subfloor you can anticipate 2 to 3 weeks. If it has a custom shower it may take a little longer. A large bathroom suite will vary depending on the complication of the project and the size.

Should I put floor heat in a bathroom?

If your current floor is uncomfortable I would not hesitate to put it in your bathroom. Depending on the size it can be a little as $1500 installed with a programable thermostat. If you are putting tile on concrete it is a definite yes for floor heat.

Does a freshly renovated bathroom add value to my home?

Yes bathrooms and kitchens are the best place to add value to your home. In some cases you can get 90-100% return on your investment. Plus you get to enjoy it.

Do I need a shower and bathtub in my ensuite bathroom?

This depend on how long you are planning on keeping your home. If you are the long term owner of that home do whatever makes sense for you. If you intend on selling in the next 5 to 10 years it is best to have the flexibility as having only one or the other will narrow your buying pool.
